Not the site but some DNS(es)!

http://www.red.orchestra.pl/forums.php?m=posts&q=1938

short in English:
find in your system a file named hosts
(most cases at C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\ - but find it yourself)
edit it by system notepad
add the line (f.e. at the end of the file):

94.23.94.196 pliki.red.orchestra.pl

so now you manually added our site to your 'local' hosts at your computer what replaced wrong working DNS.
